The pain relieving expert is asked again about the same topic: My whole body hurts. Starting with the head, neck, shoulders, arms… the back and I don’t know what to do.
Last week you explained to me that my complaints have something to do with the basic tension in the body and that the pains are connected to each other. Right?
“To put it simply, yes. I recommend you to have a look at our interview 7 days ago, if you are unclear about this. And today we wanted to talk about possible solutions. Something that helps you to change your condition.”
Another point occurred to me. My doctor can’t find a cause for the pain, because the pain is sometimes better and sometimes worse. And advises me to seek psychological help. He suspects that my condition is psychosomatic.
“Of course, it’s something that has to be dealt with first, being classified as not treatable. That means: Let others take care of that. And when that happens again… A problem, isn’t it? I know from my own experience that chronic pain in the limbs does not have to have an organic-structural cause. “
And what would be your approach now?
“You remember the balls that appear when the tension is increased? And then after reducing the tension, they sink just below the surface again? What if basically the spheres were floating further down, say at the bottom of the lake or in the middle of the lake?”
Then, when the tension is increased, the way to the top and thus to the appearance of the pain would probably be longer. Right?
“Do you think it is realistic that if the basic tension in the system is reduced, it is more difficult for the pain to show itself? And that then, you had said, you have sleep problems would have less influence on the pain in your body?”
Maybe so. Makes sense somehow!
“And if I now tell you that if the basic tension in the system is reduced, the recovery through your sleep will improve. So you are doing something different and triggering two effects at the same time. Less or no pain and not starting the day so exhausted in the morning. Interested? “
That would be fantastic. What do I have to do?
“Reduce the basic tension in your body. Especially in the places that annoy you the most.”
But how do I do that?
“If you have followed me up to this point, then the next step would be what? “
I’ll get in touch with you and arrange a meeting?
“Exactly. I am looking forward to it. “
