Fastest possible reduction of the pain condition. (maximum 4 treatments).
The client’s independence from further treatments by a practitioner is restored as soon as possible.
The freedom from pain is then permanent, the client does not need any further support from the practitioner afterwards.
The client is in pain and wants to change this condition. Arrangement of an initial consultation, with recording of findings and explanation of the treatment procedure. After the 1st treatment the pain is reduced by the practioner to a residual level of 30-50%. Depending on the type of pain condition, the treatment is carried out in a sitting or lying position. Immediate results are visible directly after the treatment. Significant pain reduction or significant reduction in restricted movement. Incl. photo evidence. Afterwards, the client is shown the first building block for achieving permanent freedom from pain. The aim of the exercises is to further consolidate and develop the achieved condition. The exercises are always individual and depend on the pain region / the pain condition of the client.Time required by the client for the exercises: 5 minutes daily.
Renewed reduction of the pain condition with ostheopressure, if this is necessary. Extension of the individual exercises to further consolidate and develop the achieved condition, already. After the 2nd treatment the pain is reduced by the practitioner to a residual level of 20-40%.
Time required by the client for the individual exercises: 8 -10 minutes daily.
Renewed reduction of the pain condition with ostheopressure, if necessary .
Expansion of the individual strategy to further reduce the pain condition, if any.
Expansion of the individual exercises to further consolidate and expand the achieved condition.
Further support with useful aids that enable improved stretching or further improve the condition.
Time spent by the client on the individual exercises: 10-15minutes daily.

After 4 treatments at the latest, the client’s pain condition is reduced to such an extent that the treatment can be finished.
There is then only a very slight residual pain or the client is pain-free.
The existing movement restriction is considerably improved or no longer present.
The client has regained his independence. The individual exercises consolidate the success achieved.
Further individual treatment is no longer necessary.
