The pain relieving expert (once again) gives a hint: Longer life and protection from overweight – with substance XY.
Since the topic is obviously of interest, here’s an important point right away:
Just because I take substance X, I won’t live to be 100 years old and lose 10 kg of excess weight tomorrow. It is “just” another step on the ladder. Just to give you an example: I don’t exercise enough, eat mainly low-energy food, take painkillers, don’t drink enough (useful) fluids and have a few other minor aches and pains….
What will substance X do? A little. Yes. This is true for many remedies and powders. The holistic approach is a more sensible approach in my opinion. Now that we have cleared that up, back to the topic: Substance XY.
People have always been searching for the “Holy Grail” the one that makes everything possible at the snap of a finger. Even nowadays in the famous Marvel Comic film adaptations: The villain has a glove and with a finger snap, the entire reality changes. That is fantasy, that is a movie, that is cinema.
That’s the whole point of why we watch it. It’s fictional entertainment. Health and a long life are always an interaction of several factors. Can a person who eats a full healthy diet still die early? Yes, if he has a disease of the soul. Can the person who is mentally healthy die of an alcoholic liver. That´s possible, too. Although in my own reality, these two things would be mutually exclusive. Another topic, for another day. What I’m getting at is clear, isn’t it?
The X pill is apparently the easy way out, I take that and (finger snap) from tomorrow everything is different. That also soothes one’s conscience. Iam correct? Didn’t I still have pizza in the fridge? Never mind… I just call the delivery service and order a pizza, Coke, chips… oh and a dessert. And then take the supplements first though, right? And honestly… that’s human, that’s normal.
Nutrition, exercise, fulfilment at work, fulfilment in a partnership, making decisions and standing by them – 100%. All these can be components that make a difference. So now it’s getting provocative: Who last jumped out of bed (not shuffled or crawled), went to the bathroom mirror and said to themselves:
“Well, I love what I see 100% – what a desirable personality is looking at me right now. I could hug myself.” Well… how many days in the last week has that been the case??? So what is substance XY? Maybe self-love? Contentment? No resentment? Partnership? Could all be right, couldn’t it? A combination? A little bit of everything?
If I were a golfer, I would talk about the perfect swing. Every passionate golfer knows this feeling. Everything is just right. The wind, the grass, the movement, the point of impact on the ball…. The impact of the ball on the “Green”. Perfect, that’s what it is.
Here is an experience that I would like to share with you: Don’t see something that is unfamiliar as an extra burden that “has” to be overcome. New patterns of thinking and moving, e.g. Life doesn’t owe you anything.
Nobody brought you into this world and claims that life is fair. It is what it is. Life. Does it then make sense to complain about it? Back to golf for a moment: You can’t slay the flag. It is not a dragon.
And you can’t win – too many influences out of your control. You can only do one thing in the end – play.
Many success on your path.
Stay strong.
